Key Duties of a Preconstruction Engineer:

  • Conductor of Technical Coordination during planning, production, and assembly
  • Working closely with architects, clients, and project managers
  • Ensuring each project is optimised to perfection.
  • Responsible for the Economical, Statical and Building Physics optimization of our projects.

Key Skills of a Preconstruction Engineer:

  • Degree-educated superstar in structural, civil or architectural engineering
  • Experience in structural engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD 3D Will be the key to your success.
  • Strong Organisation skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Relevant Engineering experience
  • Great Attention to detail
