CNC Turner required in Dunstable
- £17 to £21 per hour (experience dependent), plus overtime at x1.5.
- 39 hours per week, 08:00 to 17:00
- Corporate company clothing provided
- Overtime hours available
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to join their successful team.
With over 50 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, our client has managed to create a vast customer base including medical services, surgical appliances, aerospace and motorsport industry.
The primary focus of the company is to deliver the highest level of materials to their customers and deliver quick, efficient and cost-effective solutions which meet the customer's spec. They come as a high recommended company and their customer base is constantly expanding due to the level of their work.
Duties of the CNC Turner:
- Programming, setting and operating Haas turning machinery
- Experience of OneCNC software (preferred but non-essential)
- Ensuring consistent quality and meeting spec
- Meeting company timelines and delivery dates
Skills of the CNC Turner:
- Understanding and ability to read engineering/technical drawings
- CAD/CAM experience
- Extensive Turning experience
- Organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Working within a team environment
- Using CMM's
- Computer literate
