CNC Programmer (Turner) Required in Leighton Buzzard

  • Day Salary: Up to £37,000
  • Nights Hours: Nights (Plus 33%) Mon-Wed 4:30pm-3:30am / Thurs until 1:30am

Our Client, a family owned company, is looking for a CNC Turner to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. Our client specialises in manufacturing low volume, high quality, tubular and threaded components and due to continuous expansion, are requiring more staff to join their skilled team. 

Experience Requirements of the CNC Programmer (Turner) 

  • Proven time served experience in programming, setting and operating 2 axis turning machines.
  • Editing pre-written programs,
  • Cutting speeds and feeds, geometric tolerances.
  • Solid understanding of interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Experience of Fanuc controls would be advantageous.
  • One off, as well as low to medium volume precision parts in a range of hard and soft metals
