 As a Service Engineer, there are many responsibilities such as; assessing hardware and software malfunctions utilizing diagnostic tools, and customer input and disassembling/reassembling machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables. 

Some really important tasks come under providing excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied.

Some skills and qualifications that are needed for a Service Engineer are; High school Diploma or equivalent, reliable vehicle and clean driving record pass background check, ability to work productively with minimal supervision, good communication and customer service skills as well as experience.
