As an Administrator there are many responsibilities that are; supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members, greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties, and handling basic office tasks such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, making travel arrangements as well as coordinating schedules and managing calendars as you can see its mainly basic office work. 

Some of the requirements may contain the following; a High school diploma or equivalent, a Degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred at 1 year of experience in administrative services or related fields, and additional education, certifications or experience is an advantage. It’s likely you’d need exceptional verbal and written communication skills also a professional appearance.  

In the administration role, there are many pathways you can take such as; supervisor, office manager, personal assistant or executive officer. Salaries range from £19,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience.
